Please remember that it takes one business day to process orders - please add one day to your shipping estimate. California residents must pay tax on all items purchased. For those orders that tax was not added, Fly Above All will add sales tax to all orders shipped to California addresses. Shipments to AK and HI may cost more than the shipping shown on the checkout page. We will contact you before finalizing your order.
Shipments are sent by USPS Priority Mail and a signature is sometimes required. Please make arrangements to have someone present to receive your packages. If shipping shows $999.99 a shipping quote will be required since the item is oversize. Larger item are shipped Fedex Ground, and may also require a signature.
Shipping and handling will be added to all orders unless the product specifies that it includes shipping. Please use the Shopping Cart to determine shipping and handling charges. International shipments will have different shipping charges than those shown on the Shopping Cart. We will contact you to approve the shipping charges before we ship.
Buy from us with confidence! The products we offer are the best quality available. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, please call us for a return authorization. We will then give you the information you need to return items. The product must be returned in new, re-saleable condition in the original boxes with all the paperwork for a refund, credit or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. To avoid delays in processing your return, we ask you to ship the return back to us using a trackable courier.
