The Powered Hang Glider Trike version of the TrikeBuggy has been discontinued due to lack of interest. This information is still being provided for informational purposes only.

Triking has become a very popular form of ultralight flight, due to the simple and easy characteristics of flight control found on these weight-shift control aircraft.

The TrikeBuggy Delta is about as simple as it gets! We have added an "A" frame to the Deluxe Stainless Steel Kite Buggy, incorporating the motor and glider mounts onto the two legs of the frame.

This hang glider trike uses a standard paramotor to provide the power, and the cage can be removed to lower the drag since there are no paraglider lines to get caught up in the propeller. The motor can be quickly dismounted for travel or service.

The robust stainless steel frame of the Stainless Steel Buggy is the perfect platform for this comfortable little single place trike. We add our heavy-duty aluminum frame that mounts quickly and easily to the buggy and wing, with an integrated mount and clamps that accept most paramotors. A custom motor mount can easily be made to accept most motors.

The center of gravity is low, and the seat position is reclined and relaxed. Simply sit down, fasten your seat belt and GO! The TrikeBuggy Delta can be easily launched in the smooth, calm air of early mornings and twilight evenings. Experienced pilots will appreciate and enjoy the way that thermals can be used later in the day to extend flight time. Gaining altitude in this trike using thermal lift is as natural as can be, since the wing loading is ideal with the extra weight.

The TrikeBuggy Delta is Part 103 compliant as an Ultralight Vehicle, for use with a single occupant with a total weight of less than 254 lbs. and less than 5 gallons of fuel. No License is required!

Upon arriving at the flying site, it takes about 30 minutes to assemble the TrikeBuggy Delta with the Wills Wing Falcon Tandem and about 45 minutes with the Gibbo Manta wing.

TrikeBuggy Delta has been Discontinued
Due to the lack of interest in this Ultralight, we have suspended making it until further notice.
